Order Processing
House of Yonique has a small processing time due to the raw nature of our hair extensions. Order processing begins as soon as your order is submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to your order being shipped.
Orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern Time. House of Yonique can not guarantee any specific processing time, and processing times may vary in the event of peak periods, natural disasters, or inclement weather. Once your order is placed, we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
Shipping Policy
House of Yonique is not liable for any packages that are misplaced, stolen, or delivered incorrectly. Shipping inside the US may take 2-3 business days. We only ship Monday-Friday. Please note that the shipping time frame during holidays and sales extends to 7–14 business days.
For shipping outside the US, please allow 6 to 10 business days. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. House of Yonique is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped. We use UPS to ship all orders, and we do not offer overnight shipping.
•All packages require a signature at delivery.
•Billing and Shipping address MUST be the same or your order will be cancelled.
•We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders may be delayed in the event of peak periods, natural disasters, or inclement weather.
Hours of operation are from Monday-Friday only. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that all items are inspected under video surveillance prior to shipping due to fraud attempts. This is for the protection of our company and our customers to ensure you are receiving the correct products.
RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our product, health regulations and hygiene concerns, we are not accepting returns. Unless there is a mistake on our end, we will take the steps necessary to correct it immediately.
If you have any issue with your purchase, please email us at info@houseofyonique.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Exchange must be requested within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Please note that House of Yonique is not responsible for any hair altered after purchase.
If exchange is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
